I forgot to show you what it looks like outside! Be aware: Lots of snow!

 I have one word: Yuck.
Bring me Spring!

Good Eats!

This morning I had to go and get my tires rotated and when I came back home, I found my boyfriend cooking bacon. Yes, glorious, greasy, delicious, maple flavored bacon! I handed him his coffee I picked up on Starbucks on my way home and we decided to just make a delicious breakfast for ourselves. It was nothing special, but certainly delicious. Oh and did I mention that it has literally been snowing for the past three days straight? And that it looked like a blizzard when we sat down to eat? Crazy. I cannot wait for Spring to get here.

This would be the final product. Yum.
Hope you have a wonderful Monday!

Love

I'm feeling extra lovey-dovey today so I just wanted to dedicate a little something to those who are near and dear to my heart. You all will be in my heart for ever. I was just thinking about how much I truly love my friends & family, and of course Midnite and Toast. Here's my little shout out list:

Brianna Mae- Thank you for being true to yourself and always loving me no matter what I do. Oh and thanks for being crazy like me. You are amazing and I am so glad we have each other. Meow.

Krassey- You are a lovely little one who I am glad to say will always understand me. I'm glad that we have our own lingo and weird noises. You're pretty awesome. Thanks for being you.

Mother- Yes, we may not always get along, but I know that I can always call you and you will always listen to what I am saying. Whether you call me and ask a million questions, I try to stay patient and answer them. You love me for me and never seem to judge my decisions. Love you Moomayah.

Father- I don't think that words could describe how much you mean to me, Dad. You have helped me through so many obstacles without even saying a word. You are the kindest man that I will ever no. I hope that when I am older I have just as much patience as you. You're work ethic is insane and you your love for our family is out of this world. Oh and by the way, thanks for giving me all of my quirkiness. I love you to the moon and back.

Gramma- You are an angel. That is the best way to describe you. I have never met a woman who gives so much to other people. Thank you for always being here for me and always loving me. You are loved so much.

Brian- You are so special to me. You would do anything for me and I would do the same for you. We laugh together and have so much fun with each other that I don't want it to ever stop. You are so great for me in too many ways. I love you very much.

Midnite & Toast- You two kitty boos are hard to handle sometimes and also very annoying, but you make me smile every day. I love you both very much. Midnite, you really should stop picking on Toast because we both know that she could kick your butt any time, any place.

Grampa & Bubba- I miss you both so much, but I know that you are in better places. I love you.

Bri, Krissey, & I during this past summer and Brian & I this past Christmas together
Sorry Mom, I know you hate it when your picture is taken, but I just had to! Here are my parentals!

My Gramma with our family dog, Emily.

And of course my little babies: Midnite and Toast.

I may only live a few miles from my family, but I don't see them every day. It's not that I don't see them often, I just sometimes miss them. I do talk to them almost every day though!

Life has been pretty hectic the past 3 weeks or so I'd say. Brian and I had to move into a new place. It's only going to be for six months, but let me tell you we have decorated very nicely! I am impressed with our skills. We had to paint the entire place because it severely needed it- pictures will be coming soon, once every thing is painted and done. I love our bedroom though. It really has a nice getaway feeling with its light green walls and subtle lighting. I'm in love. So the apartment is coming along and we also have a fully stocked fridge (much needed)! I'm feeling pretty awesome right about now.

I haven't done an entry in so long that I don't even know what to write about! I've decided to write about my new obsession, well actually I have a few.

Being so busy this past month, I haven't felt like I have been eating very well and I guess I can thank Mister Bagel's cheddar jalapeno cream cheese. It is to DIE for. Amazing. I highly suggest everyone to just go in and get a bagel. Now that I have probably too many groceries, I don't imagine I will be having that cream cheese for awhile, but I think that is probably for the best!

"Dexter" is my new favorite show by the way. Besides the fact that he is smokin' hot, the story line is intriguing and never boring. He's a serial killer and a forensic scientist for Miami Vice. Crazy? Yes, but oh so fun to watch with Brian.

I've also been rummaging through the book shelves at Goodwill & Books Etc. These are both great places to find books. Here is what I found this week:

I got True Whit from Target for $13.99 and the I got the rest from $0.99 to $3.50. You can't beat those prices!

I absolutely love, love, love my new vase I got from Home Goods yesterday. Oh, and it was only $12.00!

This is my attempt at adding my own pictures to my blog, so hopefully they came out allright!

I cannot wait to post pictures of how my apartment is coming along. This will be in the next few days.

I'm always wondering what exactly I should be putting into a post. I mean really though, I don't know what I'm talking about here. A friend of mine and I were talking about whether or not we believe blogs are conceited? Personally, I feel they are to a certain extent. And she agreed with me on this. When I'm writing on my blog, posting my pictures, and giving my insight to what I believe it, then I'm being sort of conceited. Everything on here is what I believe, what I like, what I think is cool, etc. and etc. You get the point, right? My whole idea behind this how can I make my blog not conceited? And to be honest, I have no clue. I don't think you can have a blog that isn't considered conceited, unless everything on it is from other people. But at the same time what you choose to put from other people on your blog can be conceited as all. Alright, I am officially going to put this topic to rest now because I just dug myself a bigger hole and now I don't know even know where to go with this. I'll leave my rambling at this: blogs can be just as conceited as people can be.

I have some goals I'd like to accomplish this year (and just in life) that I really haven't laid out on the table to configure yet. Here they are, but not in any particular, just what comes to mind first:

1. take more pictures
2. go to the beach more often in the summer
3. experience San Francisco, CA (I have never been to the west coast)
4. go to Montreal
5. play in all the seven wonders of the world
6. love myself always
7. wander through Italy
8. see the Eiffel Tower
9. learn to play the guitar
10. adopt a puppy
11. create more jewlery
12. cook more! and I'm talkin' some nice cooking dishes
13. go camping more than once a year
14. visit all 50 states
15. go back to NYC (haven't been in over 10 years)
16. sleep in Boston for a few nights
17. keep myself organized
18. love my family and friends always
19. steal my kisses from Brian
20. road trip-anywhere
21. see DMB in concert
22. get my degree in communication and media studies
23. read more
24. go back to Disney
25. study abroad in Australia
26. be fluent in another language, maybe Spanish and French
27. visit Costa Rica
28. start a garden when I move
29. frolic outside more
30. try to appreciate the snow we get every winter here in Maine
31. recycle old magazines after reading them, always

....There are so many different things that I want to do in life that I don't think I could ever list them all. But this is the general list of the ideas and goals I want to accomplish in life. It's hard though because a lot of the things that I want to do in life consist of having money. I have a whole lifetime to enjoy these ideas, so hopefully I will be able to pursue them.
